How a work order moves
Raised
Someone on site opens a work order, sets a priority, and picks the date it has to be finished by.
Assigned
It goes to one person, with a second name added when the job needs a pair.
Worked
It moves to in progress. Photos of the work get attached as it goes.
Closed
It moves to closed with a timestamp, and stays on the site's record.
Who it is for
Supervisors who spend the day walking a site and need the list on their phone, and the people running several sites who need to see all of them without opening four apps.
Site team
Sees the work they raised or were assigned, on the sites they belong to. Updates status and attaches photos from the phone.
Admin
Creates sites, decides who can open each one, and sees every work order across all of them.
